* All freight must be strapped securely to a wooden or plastic pallet (standard size) or skide for transport via the pallet service. This ensure the pallet can be collected via tail lift 7.5t lorry and handled correctly. Please ensure goods are still packaged once placed onto the pallet for extra protection. Please mark pallets clearly with the delivery address. The driver will require help to ensure the collection is successful. Also collections from the Scottish Highlands or UK Offshore may incur a 2 day collection timescale from the date of booking.
* Prices exclude VAT. Please note the next day services are for the urbanised mainland of the United Kingdom and should be checked with customer support if unsure of final delivery timescales. The next day service is 98% UK coverage. Offshore is economy only and can take 3 working days for pallet shipments to arrive.
