10 steps to another successful delivery:

1. Ensure your goods are correctly packaged for transport via our parcel and freight services. Do not assume the original packaging is good enough, add to the original packaging if necessary for that extra support around your goods. Remember all goods sent via Ukairfreight / Europalletx must be packaged and boxed.
2. What is the urgency of these goods to arrive? Are they super urgent or economy for slower delivery. This depends on what service you require, for instance see the air services for faster delivery times and road and sea services for slower delivey times.
3. Check to see where the goods are going in the UK, Europe or World and to see if the service is available for that destination. Most parcel and freight services that we offer are available to most destinations. But it is worth checking with us to prevent confusion when organising the collection and despatching.
4. Once the parcel / freight goods are packed / boxed / palletised and checked and the service is selected then call us on 0845 643 5052 or email us at Quotes@UKairfreight.com for a quote on your parcel or freight requirement. We can of course offer more services and offer a cost effective solution to delivering your goods.
5. Once booked with us we will collect the next working day in most cases, in outer areas this might be 1 to 3 working days from booking the collection. We can advise on this at the point of booking your service.
6. Then await the collection to take place via a authorised UKairfreight vehicle.
7. Once collected, the goods are on the way to their final destination and we can track the progress via the carrier handling the goods.
8. The goods arrive at the delivery depot, port or door of the recipient
9. The goods are signed for and the goods are made available to the recipient
