A: Both consumers and businesses. We operate as both Net2Logistics and Net2Parcels, these can be used by both consumers and businesses.

Q: How can I track?
A: We email you a tracking number once the carrier has collected from you.
Q: What is europalletx?
A: Its a European pallet, freight and boxed consignment network. See www.europalletx.com Door to door service.

Q: How do I work out the volumetric weight of my shipment?

Q: Can ebay users use Net2Logistics services?
A: Yes, simply book and pay and we can supply the service you have chosen.
Q: Do we call before pick up and delivery?
A: No, we cannot get the driver to call you before collection or delivery.
Q: What are the UK Scottish Highlands and UK Offshore?
A: The Scottish Highlands are postcodes AB43 +, IV, PA15 +, PH and KW. UK Offshore is the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles. Both insur an extra surcharge, see service price lists for details.
Q: What services can we offer?
A: We can ship basically anything to anywhere, just let us quote for the transport requirement. Examples are from a mail 1kg packet, to a medium sized parcel of 15kg and a larger pallet load of 750kg.
Q: How do we collect heavy freight eg road, sea and air freight?
A: If you book road, sea of air freight we will collect via a standard van, 7.5t lorry or articulated lorry. The size of the collecting vehicle depends on the freight size and quantity. We can provide a tail lift collection if items require automatic lifting onto the back of the collection vehicle.
Q: What does the service price cover?
A: It covers the carriage of the parcel, freight, container and shipment, it excludes the following, insurance, vat, bond fees, storage, outside broker charges, duties & taxes.
Q: Do I need to produce paperwork for worldwide shipments?
A: Yes, all shipments going outside of the E.U require commercial invoices and if a personal shipment then it requires a packing list. All documentation is available, see Commercial Invoices.
Q: Where can I get tracking or view my proof of deliveries?
A: We can supply tracking information once the goods have been collected. The stages are collection, in depot, in hub, in delivery depot and delivered. Once delivered we can supply a signature proof of delivery.
Q: What insurance can you offer?
A: We are a freight forwarder and cannot sell you insurance by law. This is due to recent changes of the law by the financial services authority. Although damage and loss is extrememly rare we recommend you contact an independent insurance broker for adding insurance to valuable shipments. Please see insurance for details.
Q: What happens if I miss the collection / pick up?
A: Please advise us of this as soon as you are aware, as we can reallocate the vehicle to collect the day afterwards of another day to suit you. We do charge for a recollection, the fee depends on the service booked. Please ask when contacting us regarding this missed collection.
Q: Who is responsible for the freight at which point in time?
A: Please see our Inco Terms chart and information to find out who is responsible for the freight at which point between the buyer and seller of the freight goods.
Q: Can you tell me what services you offer to a certain postcode?
A: Please see the relevant pages for our services and prices, eg parcels for parcel related service information and prices. We outline this within the service pages.
Q: Who do I call if I need a collection from another part of the country?
A: Dont worry, its as easy as arranging a shipment from your address, we do need a contact name and telephone number for third party return services.
Q: Are the road, sea and air freight services guaranteed?
A: Although we work extremely hard to offer the best transport services, we cannot guarantee the services due to situations that may arise in nature and the world that may prevent the delivery taking place on time. We do offer a very high delivery success rate for all parcel and freight shipments.

Q: Can I drop goods into the depot?
A: Yes - please book the service with us first before dropping goods, so we can confirm depot address details and advise over the shipment. This service is only available for parcels, pallets and freight going within the UK.
